Security Resources United is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accountability among its certified members. If you have experienced an issue with a security company listed in our registry, you may submit a formal complaint for review. All complaints are evaluated in accordance with SRU’s established policies and Code of Conduct. Submissions should include accurate details, supporting documentation when available, and be made in good faith. While SRU does not provide legal representation or dispute resolution services, substantiated complaints may result in corrective action, suspension, or revocation of certification.
